Universal Neutralizer
Universal neutraliser to fix and stabilise the new hair shape, rebalancing its physiological pH. Acts in-depth on the entire hair shaft without having to unwind the curler during the neutralisation process. Its fluid consistency allows easy and rapid application over the entire length of the hair. Restructuring action: promotes keratin reconstruction of the hair, restoring the sulphur bridges and rebalancing the hair shaft. It gives elasticity, softness, hydration and shine to the curl, while ensuring the new shape durability.
