How To Use:
  • PREPARATION: Mix L3VEL3 BondFusion LIT Bleach Powder with L3VEL3 OXI in the volume of your choice in a non-metallic bowl. Adjust the mixing ratio between 1:1 and 1:3 depending on your chosen technique and desired consistency.
  • APPLICATION: Apply the mixture evenly to dry hair using a brush. The non-swelling formula allows for precise application, whether working with foils, freehand, or other techniques.
  • DEVELOPMENT TIME: Process for up to 50 minutes, checking progress regularly to ensure optimal lift without over-processing.
  • RINSE: Thoroughly rinse hair with water, followed by shampooing to remove all product residue.
  • STYLIST TIP: Process at room temperature and do not use heat. For short hair lightening, the use of a processing cap can aid in processing time. Perform a strand test before full application to determine the best processing time for your desired results.
