Use water to regulate strength of solution
How To Use:
- Shampoo and towel dry
- Use water wind or classic damp as you wind method
- Avoid lotion contact with the scalp
- Concentration of lotion and development time will vary according to hair type
- Note that use of perm cap dryer steamer etc will considerably shorten development time (nearly half)
- Apply perm with cotton wool from a non-metallic bowl or applicator bottle
- Take regular test curls whilst developing
- Rinse rods well before neutralising
- Neutralise with Wave Plus Neutraliser
